It is a story of generosity, need, and constant movement. Nothing stays on the shelves for long. What comes in goes back out almost immediately to people who need it.
Jerry Hall, one of our faithful volunteers and the heart behind our clothing room, calls himself the “closing guru.” He sees firsthand how quickly clothing turns over. There is no warehouse here. There is no stockpile. There is only today’s need and today’s response.
Jerry shares that while donations have been a blessing, there are always critical needs. Blankets, backpacks, men’s underwear, socks, jeans, and pants are in constant demand. These are not extras. They are essentials for people trying to stay warm, safe, and dignified.
Because inventory turns over weekly, every donation matters. Even a small bag of clothing becomes someone’s warmth, protection, or fresh start.
If you have items to give, we would love to receive them and put them to immediate use.
