What Happens When Grace Gets an Address?

For as long as Christ’s Body Ministries has existed, discipling men has been one of the pillars of who we are. We’ve seen, time and time again, that when a man encounters Jesus and a community that believes in him—his whole life can change.

That’s what our R.I.S.E. and C.O.R.E. programs are all about.

The R.I.S.E. Program: A Year to Rebuild

R.I.S.E. is our year-long discipleship and residential program for men ready to take their next step toward freedom. For up to twelve months, we provide housing, mentorship, and the kind of brotherhood that helps men heal from years of brokenness. We walk with them daily—encouraging, counseling, and loving them as they rebuild their lives. In that one year, we’ve watched men go from addiction and despair to stability, sobriety, and service.

As one resident told us, “I was grateful when Christ’s Body took me in—and I’m still grateful. My life finally has direction again.”

The C.O.R.E. Program: Hope After Prison

Our C.O.R.E. (Community Reentry) Program exists for men coming out of incarceration—many of whom have been told “no” time and time again when trying to find housing. We’re sitting right now in the living room of one of our C.O.R.E. houses. It’s like a small apartment complex—but it’s more than just a roof. It’s a place of second chances, community, and grace.

Here, we provide structure, spiritual care, and stability for men reentering society. We lead weekly Bible studies, chapel services, and our Men’s Round Table—creating spaces where honesty, growth, and faith collide.

Why It Matters

We’ve learned something powerful through years of ministry: if a man stays sober and rooted in a Christ-centered community for five years, he rarely goes back to drugs or alcohol. That’s why we do what we do.

Because we believe every man—no matter his past—can rise again in Jesus.
