Hi everyone, I’m Tiffany, and I serve as the Chief of Staff here at Christ’s Body Ministries. Part of my role is coordinating our volunteers—the heartbeat of everything we do. Today, I want to share one of our biggest needs with you: we need cooks.

Every morning, our doors open to men and women who are living on the streets. They come in hungry—not just for food, but for dignity, community, and hope. One of the first things they encounter is the smell of a hot breakfast. That meal often becomes the very first step toward transformation.

We are blessed to have an incredible chef, Monty, leading the way in our kitchen. He has years of experience, a servant’s heart, and a gift for turning simple ingredients into meals that people rave about. But Monty can’t do it alone. He needs a team around him to keep the meals flowing and the love showing.

Our greatest need right now is cooks on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. That’s when the kitchen is busiest and when the impact is greatest. We’re looking for volunteers who can come in early, help prepare and serve breakfast, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

Here’s the beauty of it: you don’t have to be a professional chef. You just need a willing heart and hands ready to serve. You’ll be trained, you’ll be encouraged, and you’ll leave knowing you made a tangible difference in someone’s life that morning. And I promise—you’ll walk away as blessed as those you served.

So here’s my invitation: come cook with us. Give a few hours in the morning, help us fill plates with food and hearts with hope, and see firsthand how God uses something as simple as breakfast to change lives.
