Lately our daily bread breakfast has been hopping!  Not only with lots of new guest faces, bible studies and conversations about the Gospel, but also with many new volunteer faces that God has brought to us to minister to those we love.

Meet Harold and Harold (pictured above), our new “Care Volunteers” Harold Sanchez and Harold Velasquez, with Paul Gonzales.  To let you in on the insider joke – we call these two “Hark, the Harold’s!” (Angels sing), because we are so blown away at how God answered prayer in bringing an abundance of help in our time of need.     We’ve been praying for months that God would bring more volunteers  to provide pastoral care.  More people with only one focus:  to connect with guests, dine and pray with them, and share the Gospel.

Just as promised, God hears us and answers prayer!  He has brought not one but two gentlemen to our team within the same month.  Walking in in the morning and seeing 50% of our tables staffed with pastors engaging with guests is wonderful.   It’s exciting to see God at work in all of our hearts, and we are thankful.
