Chrysandra Brunson, founder of The Calling, recently spent a morning serving with Christ’s Body Ministries—and what she experienced left a lasting impression.

For Chrysandra, the day began in the kitchen, where volunteers prepared and served hot meals to men and women from across Denver. She noted how the food wasn’t just nourishment—it was shared with care, creating a sense of dignity and community around every table.
